BASMA OS TERMS
Clear terms for using our systems.
These terms describe the general framework for accessing and using Basma OS websites, products and services. Product-specific or commercial terms may also apply when separately agreed.
01 Scope
These terms apply to access to Basma OS public websites, products and services when those services reference these terms.
Use of a product within a company or organization may involve additional permissions, configurations and relationships established by that organization or its applicable agreement.
02 Accounts and organizational access
Some Basma OS services may require an account and access associated with a company or specific role. Account credentials and granted access must be used within the permissions assigned to that account.
An organization using the service is responsible for managing its users, roles and permissions within the controls and functionality provided by the product.
03 Authorized use
The services must be used for lawful business purposes and in a manner that does not attempt to bypass access controls, company isolation, permissions or system-protection mechanisms.
The service must not be used to intentionally interfere with system operation or to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, data or functionality for which the user has no permission.
04 Products and services
Basma OS develops software systems for business operations. Available functionality may vary by product, plan, account and operational context.
Products may evolve, be updated, or change how certain functionality is delivered as the service develops. These terms do not promise availability of an unpublished or inactive feature.
05 Subscriptions and billing
Some Basma OS products may be offered through paid plans or subscriptions. Where charges apply, price, currency, billing period, usage limits and other commercial terms are determined by the applicable plan, purchase flow or agreement.
Billing systems may reflect states such as active subscriptions, trials, past-due status or cancellation according to the actual account state and billing provider in use.
Paid BASMOV subscriptions, their renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy published at https://basmov.com/refund-policy.
06 Operational data
Customers may use Basma OS products to manage information and operations associated with their business. Responsibilities for that information remain connected to the organization, product context and permissions granted to users.
The Privacy Policy describes the currently published general framework for handling information.
07 Security and access boundaries
The platform uses controls associated with company context, roles and authorized access, together with mechanisms designed to protect entry points and sensitive requests.
08 Intellectual property
Software, interfaces, brands and content provided by Basma OS remain the property of their respective rights holders under the rights applicable to them. Use of the service does not transfer ownership of Basma OS technology or brands.
Customer data and content remain subject to the rights and responsibilities applicable to the customer and the context in which they were provided.
09 Third-party services
Some functionality may depend on third-party providers, such as payment-processing services where electronic billing is used. A user’s interaction with those services may also be subject to the relevant provider’s terms and policies.
10 Suspension and termination
Access may be restricted or suspended where account status, security, permissions or service state requires it under the system and applicable agreements.
Products may record cancellation or ended states where applicable to a subscription or service. These terms do not establish an unsupported universal notice period, termination right or financial consequence.
11 Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Basma OS products, service delivery or related requirements evolve. When this page is updated, the last-updated date shown above will be revised.
This version does not specify an unapproved universal governing law or jurisdiction. Applicable commercial agreements may address those matters where required.
